Torbreck’s Hillside Vineyard was established by the Springbett family in the late 1840s, and over the next 100 years, three generations of Springett’s grew grapes and made wine at Hillside.
In 2002 Torbreck purchased estate, which includes significant vineyard plantings from the 1850’s, and heritage-listed winery buildings.
