Parade Date: April 26, 2025
Parade Route: Nuriootpa to Tanunda (Tanunda Recreation Park)
Parade Time: 10am-1pm
Parade After Party: Floats to be parked at the Tanunda Recreation Park. What is a parade without an after-party?
Useful Parade Registration Dates
Registrations open: December 18, 2024
Registrations close: 5pm on Friday, March 14, 2025
Entry Fees
Community/NFP groups: $50 inc GST
Business/commercial: $100 inc GST
As in previous years, the application process will be handled in two stages.
Stage 1
Please complete the registration details and payment for your float entry into the 2025 Barossa Vintage Festival Parade online by clicking buy now at the bottom of this page.
Select whether you are a community $50 option or business group $100 option. You will then be prompted to fill in the required details for stage 1 of registrations.
Stage 2
At the close of registrations, in mid March, you will be sent the stage 2 registration form which is used to collect the FINALISED details of your float. Stage 2 information is required to be received prior to the Compulsory Briefing Sessions for the Parade which will be held in April (dates TBC).
All floats will have an opportunity to win one or more of the following awards*:
Bill Biscoe Memorial Award (open to all)
Best Constructed Float (open to all)
Best Display of Vintage Clothing (open to all)
Best Wine Industry Float
Best School Float
Best Town Float
Best Vintage Vehicle
Best Community Float
People’s Choice Award (open to all, voted by the public)
*The committee retains the right to change and adjust categories as it sees fit.
The announcement of awards will take place at The Great Vintage Picnic in Lyndoch on Sunday, April 27, 2025.
